• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50. Shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our returns policy carefully:

Returns Period

You have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

• Unused and unworn
• In their original condition
• In original packaging with all tags and labels attached

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Headgear (beanies, caps)

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges for different sizes or colors will be processed once we approve your return. The new item will be shipped via standard shipping at no extra cost.
