Our Returns Policy

You have 15 calendar days from the date you receive your item(s) to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on certain Headgear (e.g., beanies, caps) and Accessoires that are worn close to the skin, unless they are faulty or not as described.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange process:

  1. Contact Us: Within the 15-day window, please email our customer service team at [email protected]. Use the template provided below to ensure we have all the necessary information to process your request quickly.
  2. Wait for Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorisation Number and instructions on where to send your package. Please do not send anything back without this number.
  3. Ship the Item(s): Carefully pack the unused, tagged item(s) in their original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your Returns Authorisation Number and name. Ship the package to the address we provide. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you. We will then process your exchange or refund.

Refunds

After we have received and approved your return:

  • Timing: Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Amount: You will be refunded the full value of the returned item(s). Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the new item to you.
  • Method: The refund will be issued back to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal account). The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your card issuer or PayPal.

Exchanges

If you are requesting an exchange for a different size or colour, we will process this as soon as we approve your return. The new item will be shipped to you via our standard shipping method at no extra cost to you.
